Recruitment and selection
At First Guardians, carers are selected through vigorous reference checks with only experienced carers being selected. Experienced Carers will then have to pass First Guardians' in house training and CQC approved online courses. Quality professional carers are at the heart of First Guardians, we will go above and beyond to provide our families and loved ones with support.
Introductory care service
First Guardians want to bring you full control of treatment options, and will provide professional support workers that match your requirements. We'll create a tailored care plan based on your needs and requirements, coordinate your package and find any suitable replacement should anything happen. At the heart of what we do, we aim to take the stress away from care so you can live independently.
Professional tailor care plans
Care plans are vital in your care, which is why nurses do the risk assessment and come up with a personalised care plan. Our professional nurses are experienced in risk assessment and organising tailored care plans.
Professional account manager
You will be assigned your own dedicated account manager who will manage your day to day care package, from managing shifts to supporting you through your journey with First Guardians. Our account managers are dedicated to helping things run smoothly.
Profile matching
Every carer will have a profile, this profile will contain in-depth information so that the right carer can be selected for your care package. We always try to match carers based on your requirements and lifestyle. It’s important to us to find you the support you need whether that's emotional or just to help around the house.
